Per-table pricing is easier to budget against early on, since your table count is usually one of the first things you lock in once you've confirmed numbers with your venue. A full-room quote tends to come later, once a stylist has seen photos of your actual space and knows what it needs.

Our own packages work per table of 10 guests: a Basic package from £85 per table, and a Signature package from £140 per table, both plus a flat £150 service charge covering delivery, setup and collection. That service charge only applies once, regardless of how many tables you're styling — so the more tables, the smaller a share of your total it becomes.

What actually changes the price

A few things move the number up or down more than anything else:

• Guest count and table count. This is the single biggest driver, since most pricing scales per table. A 60-guest wedding and a 150-guest wedding aren't close in cost, even with identical styling choices.
• How much of the room you're dressing. Table styling alone is a very different cost to table styling plus a ceremony backdrop plus balloon installations. Each additional element is usually priced separately on top of your core package.
• Real flowers versus artificial. Fresh florals cost more and vary with the season; artificial arrangements are a one-off cost that photographs just as well and doesn't wilt through a long reception.
• Fully bespoke versus off-the-shelf. A custom-built backdrop designed around your exact colour palette will cost more than a standard option, simply because it's made to order rather than reused from stock.
